For this, I started by recording two phrases into Ableton Live on a Jay Turser MG-2 “Mustang” guitar tuned to F# A# C# G# C# F. For both loops – which were different lengths – I used PitchLoop89, some compression, a warp/stretch mode and a bit of chorus. Next I used a Rogue Fretless bass and then Cherry Audio’s ARP Pro Soloist. Other items used – Live native devices and Melda plugins.
