That’s on the corner of 8th Ave and 44th Street in New York (Manhattan) – its the Times Square area once known as the Minnesota Strip because of all the runaway prostitutes coming from the mid-west US.
I was just leaving work and set the camera on top of a garbage can so I could leave the shutter open for a while.
